Caitlin Meggs
Assistant Yajayra Rosales
Caitlin Meggs is an associate with the firm. From union organizing law to collective bargaining and grievance arbitration, Caitlin is proud to help advance the rights of working people.
Her practice includes helping unions organize new workplaces, fighting unfair labour practices and representing workers in conflict with their employer through the grievance process, including human rights complaints and unjust termination. For both Unions and their members, Caitlin takes pride in making sense of complex situations and making sure her client’s story is heard.
After articling and practicing for several years at a leading labour law firm in Toronto, Caitlin returned home to Vancouver and joined Victory Square in the fall of 2021.
Caitlin came by her commitment to the labour movement honestly; her mom went into labour with her on the picket line during the last day of a four-month strike.
