Marjorie Brown is the Partner responsible for the firm’s Saskatchewan practice.
We strive to provide, at a reasonable cost, high-quality, timely legal advice and representation exclusively to unions, employee associations, workers, professionals and managerial or excluded employees. Our fields of practice include labour law, employment law, administrative law, including human rights, pension and benefits and civil litigation. We offer legal advice and representation in a broad range of workplace, employment and professional issues including:

- discipline and discharge cases;

- professional discipline cases, including for members of the RCMP;
