JOHN HODGINS

John Hodgins is a partner at Victory Square Law Office in Vancouver. Mr. Hodgins returned to Queen's University Law School in 1979 after working for several years as a full-time union officer at Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 389 in North Vancouver. He completed his law degree at UBC in 1981 and joined the firm of Baigent, Jackson, Blair, first as an articling student and later as an associate and a partner with both that firm and its successor, VSLO. Mr. Hodgins has extensive experience representing a variety of public and private sector union clients and their members in British Columbia in arbitration, the courts, and before the Labour Relations Board and other administrative tribunals.

John is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers and a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
