AMANDA MERRITT

Amanda Merritt articled at Victory Square Law Office before joining the firm as an Associate in May 2011.

Amanda assists representing clients in labour, employment, Human Rights matters and Charter of Rights and Freedoms issues at the Labour Relations Board, collective agreement arbitrations, other administrative tribunals and the B.C. and Federal Courts.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Sociology and Indigenous Studies at the University of Calgary. In 2007, Amanda came to the west coast to obtain her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Victoria.

She keeps busy playing competitive hockey and fastball in Vancouver and enjoys the year-round hiking, tennis and golf available on the west coast.

Amanda is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
