Sebastien Anderson is the Partner responsible for the firm’s Alberta practice.
We strive to provide, at a reasonable cost, high-quality, timely legal advice and representation exclusively to unions, employee associations, workers, professionals and managerial or excluded employees. Our fields of practice include labour law, employment law, administrative law, pension and benefits and civil litigation. We offer legal advice and representation in a broad range of workplace, employment and professional issues including:
- contract interpretation;
- collective bargaining;
- discipline and discharge cases;
- wrongful dismissal cases-dismissal without cause and without reasonable notice;
- professional discipline cases;
- unlawful discrimination claims, including duty to accommodate claims, under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and Human Rights, Citizenship and Multiculturalism Act; and

We have successfully represented our Alberta clients’ interests before the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench , the Alberta Labour Relations Board, Alberta labour arbitration boards and other administrative tribunals. We have defended successfully against judicial review of our client’s victories before labour arbitration boards.
